Development and implementation of a pan-European IT group strategy with special focus on consolidation and cost reduction of around 30 %.

Solution.

Execution of a classical process analysis with subsequent redesign. Design of a blueprint for the appropriate IT architecture, leveraging and extension of existing outsourcing contracts.

Resources.

Management of a team of 5 strategy consultants, coordination of client teams and IT service providers for a duration of 18 months.
