Development of a market entry strategy for the DSL and fixed line market for a pan-European mobile operator in the context of an envisaged convergence strategy. Evaluation of buy, build and cooperation options.
Solution.
Execution of a classical market and competition analysis. Evaluation of different market entry options with respect to timing, required investments and profitability. Final recommendation to implement a cooperation strategy based on the infrastructure of an alternative (non-incumbent) carrier.
Resources.
Forming a team of 5 strategy consultants for 4 months, coordination of tax accountants and investment bankers.
